01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jeet Bus platform — whether through the website at jeetbus.vu, the mobile app, or any other access point — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all players, regardless of how they access the platform. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Jeet Bus reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by email where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the player and Jeet Bus.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

Jeet Bus is an entertainment platform strictly intended for adults. You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for your personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or playing.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Jeet Bus platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and PIN. Jeet Bus will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your Jeet Bus account is personal to you. Allowing another person to access or operate your account may result in suspension, and any resulting transactions may be voided.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Jeet Bus are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank account transfers
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed. Processing times vary by payment method, but most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited quickly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Jeet Bus does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players or as part of promotional offers.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Jeet Bus account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be verified. This may include submitting identity documentation when requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold shown on the platform at the time of request.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Jeet Bus offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket and PSL matches, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all Jeet Bus promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined by each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.

07Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on Jeet Bus is conducted according to the rules of each specific game or market. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets placed and confirmed are binding. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the relevant event is cancelled or voided.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, Jeet Bus reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds and return stakes to the player's account.

• Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay in acceptance. Jeet Bus reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

Casino games, including slots and live casino tables, operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds. All outcomes are final once confirmed on screen. Jeet Bus does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.

• Match-fixing, insider information betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.

10Account Termination

Either you or Jeet Bus may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your account, contact support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within a few business days.

Platform-initiated suspension or termination: Jeet Bus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is involved in suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• The player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

In cases of platform-initiated termination for breach of terms, Jeet Bus reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, legitimate balances will be returned.

11Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. Jeet Bus takes reasonable technical and operational steps to maintain a fair, secure, and reliable platform for all players.

12Changes to These Terms
